October Comp Round Up

RSC members had a strong showing at today's Regional championships despite some local partisan judging. Kia led the way with a brilliant 4th place under trying circumstances, just 0.4 behind the silver medal score, with Juliette in 5th & Carolyne 8th. It was a large group with some great quality and so we were especially pleased with the results. The team, which included Kelly got on to the podium finishing in 3rd. Well done to everyone involved & thanks to Laura for judging for the club on the day.
RSC had some great results at last weekend's grading. Star of the day was Alex who qualified back to National grade C and won the bronze medal in the U15 girls as well. Carlie (U15 F) & Nolitha (U13 D) competing in her first competition for the club both jumped brilliantly to secure bronze medals. Jess jumped really well to win the 19+ girls grade D but narrowly failed to achieve the promotion score. Well done to every one in the grading, a great job done by all! Thanks to Cindy. Diane & Lynda for giving up your time to help out for RSC on the day.
The best of luck to Kia, Juliette & Carolyne who have all been selected to compete for the SE Region in next weekend's inter England Regional event taking place in South Shields.
